Understand the priorities to maximise your chances of a sale

There are 1,307 Primary Care Networks in England – but finding the right way into them can be difficult. For a start, what precisely are they? Networks vary in size, with a few under 30,000 people, and others serving populations of varying sizes. I work with PCNs at 30,000 all the way to 12.0,000 patients, all with different needs. Clearly, one size doesn’t fit all. Planting your flag in this landscape requires a solid understanding of what a PCN needs and how best you can give it to them. You know your products and services could fit in right at the heart of a PCN agenda but, when you’re sat down with the clinical director, or PCN Board Member what tactics are you going to use? What are they looking for and how are you going to persuade them you can supply it? This workshop will give you the answers.
