Any commissioning group thinking of working with Scott should not hesitate to do so; Scott’s level of expertise with all aspects of Practice Based Commissioning is second to none, and his commitment to his customers exceptional. Scott was always willing to answer questions and deal with our enquiries long after our sessions had finished without any extra charge upon the group.

Scott has an ability to keep you focused upon your plans when others would have given up long ago; he came up with innovative ideas for service delivery both within the Practice and at PBC group level, all tied to analysis of the data and the ability of us as a group to implement the changes.

Outside of the cluster work, the practice has contracted Scott to facilitate a Practice Development Days, his ability to engage and drive the staff to enable us build and deliver a robust Practice Plan has been a asset in itself, once again he has revisited and worked with the parctice to ensure the practice is achieving its goal.

We can now see a clear way forward as a Practice, and a group; we continue to utilise Scott, and his unique expertise, and will do so for a long time to come.
