Company Formation
To help with setting up provider services it is often necessary and recommended to form a separate company. There are several options available and to help you with this we can now put you in touch with a company who will take you through the necessary process, advising on how this will work with your provider arm.
The process in brief:
To set each company up, register the company with the tax authorities and initial advice regarding tax planning and administering the company would cost a one off set up fee in the region of £500 plus VAT.
Annual fees for the annual accounts of each company would be no more than £1500 plus VAT, assuming up to 50 transactions per month for the statutory accounts. The Corporation Tax Return and Form CT600 would be an additional £200 plus VAT.
